How to measure your ring size?

Measuring ring sizes and converting between international ring sizes involves a few steps.

Measuring Ring Sizes:

Method 1: Using a Strip of Paper or String

1. Cut a Strip: Cut a strip of paper or use a piece of string.

2. Wrap Around Finger: Wrap it around the base of the finger you want to measure. Make sure it's snug but not too tight.

3. Mark and Measure: Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps. Measure the length from the start to the mark using a ruler. This gives you the circumference of your finger.

4. Locate Your Size: Use the ring size table to convert the circumference to a ring size in your country's system.

Method 2: Using a Ring Sizer

1. Ring Sizer Tool: You can purchase a ring sizer tool online or at a jewelry store. It's a set of plastic or metal rings in different sizes.

2. Try Different Sizes: Place the sizer on your finger and find the one that fits comfortably. It should slide on easily but resist a bit when coming off.

Tips:

- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's likely to be largest.

- Avoid measuring when your fingers are cold, as they will be smaller.

- Measure the exact finger on which the ring will be worn. Dominant hands are usually larger.

- If you're between sizes, go for the larger size.

By following these steps, you can accurately measure your ring size and convert between international ring sizes.
